Yeah, another zombie game….NOT! Yes, this is a zombie game, but it isn’t as serious as Resident Evil series. It’s suppose to be fun and funny at the same time. Which they accomplish that.
I’m half way in it, and I am having a blast. At times this game can get a bit scary, but once you know where everything is located it can get a less creepier. That, and the game does get less challenging by time (But, it doesn’t take the fun out of things). You play again as John Marston. This isn’t parallel with the main story, a complete new story. Takes place right after John wins his family back.
There is some similarities in the main game and undead. Like the characters you meet in the main game carries over to this game. So, if your not familiar with the dialogue, that’s why. The main section that I recently found entertaining, is the multiplayer mode called Undead Overrun
Undead Overrun is a team based challenge, where you go against a horde of zombies. There’s stages/levels that you progress. The highest I’ve gotten so far is level 12. You could go higher than that ESPECIALLY if you are in a good group. I’ve was on one of them where there were members who wouldn’t help revive the people up. But that was only once, hasn’t happened agained. Lately, though, I’ve been playing Undead Overrun more than I have the regular game. IT’S THAT GOOD! LOL Everytime I need a break from the campaign I go play UO because I could get lost in that for hours…
